I am a new REALTOR®, is this program for me?
Absolutely! This intensive will help you build a solid foundation and financial understanding that will drive profit in your business.
I own a brokerage, can I participate in this program?
This intensive is not designed for real estate brokerages. If you wish to implement Profit First in your real estate brokerage please contact rae@bluejeansolutions.ca.
If you are a selling Broker then this program would work for your personal REALTOR® business.
What kind of results can I expect?
There are no guarantees; however, working with an experienced guide allows you to customize your targets for your personal situation. The standard allocations for REALTORS® grossing less than $250,000 are: Profit 5%, Owner’s Pay 50%, Tax 15% and Operating Expenses 30%.
Will the standard allocations apply to your business? Likely not, but that’s the beauty of this program! Working with a guide allows your allocations to be designed for your unique business. Whatever allocations best suit your scenario, you will apply them to each and every deposit to achieve your individual goals and priorities.
The rewards beyond literal profit are more difficult to quantify but imagine your business no longer feels like a burden, your passion has returned and your are excited about the future. This is what implementing the Profit First System is truly about.

How long will the results last?

How much time will I need to commit to the Program?
This is an intensive fast paced program that lasts only three short weeks. Plan to attend a total of 3 hours of Zoom meetings and 2 hours per week of independent work.
Will I be required to share my personal financial information with the group?
You will never be required to share any personal financial information with the group. You will be required to share personal financial information with Rae. All such information will be treated in the strictest of confidence.
